The 2013 prize winner is Kory Sutton, who receives a GoPro Camera!

WHAT?

libqual-text is a survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). Its purpose is to provide libraries with a standardized, effective method to measure the quality of library services based on the perceptions of faculty, students and staff.

WHY?

Your opinion matters. Let us know how we can best focus library services to continue meeting the needs of the Queen's community. What better way to adapt our services than to ask you for feedback?

WHO?

The survey will be sent to a random selection of students, faculty, and staff at Queen's University. You may be one.

WHEN?

An invitation to complete the libqual-text  survey was emailed to selected recipients on  February 5, 2013.  The survey closed on March 1, 2013.

WHERE?

From your desktop using the Web! You'll receive an email asking you to complete the survey and directing you to a Web Page where you'll find it.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

The survey consists of 12 core questions and takes an average of 8 minutes to complete (time may vary from person to person).
