Office of the Vice-Provost (Digital Planning) and University Librarian

Queen’s University’s Vice-Provost (Digital Planning) and University Librarian (VPUL) provides leadership in the ongoing development of information resources and services to support the university’s academic programs and research. She is a member of the Provost’s team and the Provost-Deans group and is the university’s primary representative for external library organizations or library-related initiatives.

The Office of the Vice-Provost (Digital Planning) and University Librarian (OVPUL) is responsible for the administration of the library: strategic planning, project management and assessment; human resources management, health and safety; staff training and professional development; financial management; facilities management; communications strategies; advancement; external collaborations and partnerships.
