The Fair Dealing Tool is a resource for researchers and graduate students who would like to learn how to apply fair dealing to the material they are using in publications and theses.

The Fair Dealing Tool is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License. It was adapted from the Fair Use Evaluator created by Michael Brewer and the ALA Office for Information Technology Policy.
