Document Services - Policy and Price List

Document delivery for health sciences material will be obtained for the Queen's faculty, staff and students.

  • Photocopies: $3.00 per article - whether held at Bracken Library or obtained through interlibary loan (cost subsidized by Queen's University Libraries)
  • Book loans: free (cost subsidized by Queen's University Libraries)
  • Theses: free (cost subsidized by Queen's University Libraries)

We require:

  • An electronic request or a printed document services form for each item with complete information:

eg.: JOURNAL ARTICLES
Title of journal, volume, issue, year, page numbers, author, title of article, UI (Unique Identifier) and the source of reference (e.g. index, book, journal or database). Please provide full information for the source of reference.

eg.: BOOK REQUESTS
Title of book, author, publisher, date, ISBN or LC number, if available, and the source of reference (e.g. index, book, journal or database).
