Queen’s faculty, graduate students, residents and health care professionals situated at our partner sites (HDH/KGH) may schedule individual consultations with a Librarian. The following are examples of what may be discussed during the consultation:

  • Overview of Bracken Health Sciences Library’s services
  • Search strategy formulation / conducting comprehensive searches
  • Using citation management software e.g. RefWorks
  • Trouble-shooting problems pertaining to accessing library e-resources
  • Reviewing use of a particular database
  • Finding and using multimedia (images, videos, audio clips)
