Welcome to a new format for BrackenNEWS!

In order to meet Queen's University accessibility requirements, we have changed the way in which we deliver and format BrackenNEWS. We're excited about this new look and hope you like it. It allows us to offer more content than before, and readers can easily link to the articles they find of interest. We are also introducing regular features such as "What's New", "Did you know?" and "Spotlight on". Improved Proxy Access for Queen's Faculty

Coming soon! A new type of proxy access via VPN will be provided to Queen's faculty to allow for improved remote access to all of Queen's Library resources. Watch your email for a message from the Head of Bracken Library, Suzanne Maranda, with information about this change and how to take advantage of it.

Changes to Literature Search Results and Document Delivery for Queen's Faculty

MeSH 50th Anniversary Celebration

On November 18, Bracken Library celebrated the 50th anniversary of the National Library of Medicine's Medical Subject Headings - MeSH. A draw was held for a Kobo e-reader, and a very special cake was provided in the Library.   more
