Videoconference Room
General Information
Room 137 at Bracken Health Sciences Library is equipped with a triangular conference table with seating for 20 people to accommodate large meetings, with a small ensuite kitchen. The room allows connecting to other sites via telephone, permitting up to 20 people in the room to speak over the telephone. The video conference equipment in the room allows you to connect to other sites with an IP (over internet so no long distance charges) connection only.
Room Policies
- Video conferences have the highest priority. If you have the room booked for a small meeting, you may be relocated.
- Please be courteous, do not occupy the room past your end time when there is another meeting scheduled.
- Only faculty and staff can book the room. Students must be accompanied by a staff or faculty member.
- Technical support is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Five business days notice is required for a video conference booking.
- An account code must be provided for long-distance charges.
