Can you post an announcement for my club or group on the Library's computers, website or display screens?
Requests from campus groups to post information on the Library website or display screens are considered on a case-by-case basis, provided that the information is likely to be of interest to a broad spectrum of library users. As these communication tools are intended for the promotion of library services and resources, requests from outside the Library are granted only in exceptional circumstances.
To inquire about posting an announcement to the Library website, contact us.
To inquire about posting information on a digital information screen, ask at the campus library in which the screen is located.
The Library cannot post information provided by external groups on library terminals (e.g., wallpapers or screensavers) due to limited staffing resources. Your understanding is appreciated.
