RefWorks: Summon

How to download citations into RefWorks from Summon

  1. Perform a search and view the results list.
  2. Save relevant records by hovering at the top right of individual records and clicking the Save this Item icon.
  3. Click Saved Items at bottom of screen.
  4. Click RefWorks.
  5. In RefWorks, your records should appear in Last Imported Folder.

Problems exporting from Summon to RefWorks from off-campus?

When doing a Summon RefWorks export from an off-campus location, you will be directed to the generic RefWorks.com login page (not the correct Queen's University/Scholars Portal RefWorks login page). Use the Connect from Off-Campus service before using Summon & RefWorks to be directed to the correct RefWorks login page.
