Administration
Queen's Library is comprised of 13 administrative units, including 6 campus libraries in 5 facilities. Each library unit is managed by a unit head, reporting through an Associate University Librarian to the University Librarian (equivalent to the Dean of a Faculty). The administrative reporting structure is complemented by cross-library functional and support teams, whose mandate is to set and implement policy direction for the continual evolution and advancement of library services to the Queen's community. Units, teams and library administration work in concert to advance the Library's strategic plan.
