Confidentiality of Library Records
All Queen's University Library records and files which may contain the names or other personally identifying information about users of the Library, its collections and its services, are confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone other than the user, except where required by law.
This policy is in conformance with the Ontario Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), in force as of 10 June 2006 (consult more information about FIPPA).
