Request Photocopy from the Education Library
| Who: | Queen's faculty, students and staff. |
| What: | Request a copy of a JOURNAL ARTICLE or BOOK CHAPTER from publications held in the Education Library collection. Note: To request an item which is NOT AVAILABLE at Queen's, use RACER (our interlibrary loan requesting service). |
| Cost: | A flat rate of $3.00 per item. You will be billed for items ordered but not picked up. |
| Pick-up: | Requests billed to a University Account Code can be faxed to a local fax number or sent to your department via Campus Mail. All other requests must be picked up at the Education Library Circulation Desk. Requests will be held for one month then discarded. |
| Terms of use: | Copyright requires that photocopies provided through this service be used exclusively for private study or research. |
| How long will it take? | Library staff try to ensure that requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday. Items will be available for pick-up or faxing/mailing within 48 hours. For items sent by Campus Mail to a Queen's department, add an additional day or two for delivery. |
