LibQUAL Survey Now Underway; Deadline for Participation: Feb 16thPosted: February 6th, 2007
Good news: it’s not too late to be a survey partipant! We have had a very encouraging reply rate in the first week of the survey — for which we thank all respondents very much – but we do encourage everyone who was invited to take the few minutes required to complete the online questionnaire. The larger the number of respondents across all faculties and user groups, the more informative and reliable will be the data we receive and use in the coming year to shape Queen’s Library services.
Don’t leave it too late to reply! The survey closes on Friday, February 16th.
LibQual is a survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries. Over 200 libraries worldwide participate in this measure of library services, including all the Canadian university libraries. As a thank you for participating at Queen’s, once you’ve completed the questionnaire you can choose to enter a draw to win an iPod or one of ten (10) other cool prizes.
More information about LibQUAL is available on our website at http://library.queensu.ca/webir/libqual.htm In addition, as always, you can send us comments, questions or suggestions by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
