National Licensing Agreement Brings Elsevier E-Journal Access to Queen’s
Posted: January 28th, 2003Queen’s Library is very pleased to announce the acquisition of online access to all Elsevier-owned electronic journals published since 1998. This purchase, which became effective on 1 January 2003, is the result of a precedent-setting, four-year agreement negotiated by the Canadian National Site Licensing Project (CSNLP) on behalf of 61 academic and research libraries across the country. The Ontario university community has access to the new content through the Ontario Scholars Portal and through Science Direct. Linking through the OVID databases will be available as soon as possible.
