The Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC) have negotiated a model license with Access Copyright.
Each institution must now assess the model licence and make its own determination as to whether it would be preferable to enter into an agreement with Access Copyright on the basis of the model license or to continue to operate outside of the proposed tariff.
Queen’s is currently reviewing the model licence and its implications for the university.

From now until the 28th of April, the library is trialling The Great Corpus of dictionaries. The Corpus gathers the 24 most important dictionaries on French language, in total about 200 000 pages (2 500 signs per page), 900 000 entries and definitions. It is the greatest collection today available on the subject.
