General Purpose:
- To serve graduate teaching and research to the master's level in theological studies.
Languages:
- English is preferred, but other western European languages are collected.
Types of Material Collected:
- books: monographs and sets; bibliographies; biblical commentaries; concordances; hymnals; collections of primary text material
- serial publications: series; periodicals
- indexing and abstracting services
Note: any of the above may be in print, microform, or electronic format

- Old Testament, particularly Pentateuchal studies, ancient Near Eastern parallels
- New Testament, particularly Paul's letters, Luke-Acts
- modern church history, particularly Canadian church history
- modernn systematic theology, particularly feminist theology, Christology, doctrine of God, theological method
- Christian and other religious ethics
- practical theology, particularly worship, preaching, pastoral care and counseling, Christian education, ministry
- spirituality
- United Church of Canada
