CHEE 310: Fundamentals of Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Stakeholder Analysis
Stakeholders are individuals or groups who affect, or are affected by an organization and its activities. Those who affect and are affected depend on the industry, company, location, technology and the issue in question. Consider a number of different dimensions when identifying stakeholders:
- Stakeholders. Who are the project stakeholders by category? What may be their interests? What are their capabilities? What may they want to achieve?
