Patron Address Changes
Address, phone number and email changes should be reported promptly so that Library staff can contact you when required. To report an address or phone number change:
Report all changes directly to the Office of the University Registrar by signing online to MyQueensU (SOLUS) (the University Registrar's online system). Once you have updated your personal information in SOLUS, the changes will automatically be transferred overnight to the Library circulation system.
Queen's faculty and staff
Report address or phone number/email changes to Queen's Human Resources. Updates from Human Resources automatically will be transferred overnight to the Library circulation system.
All other borrowers
Report address or phone number/ email changes to a Library Circulation Desk in any one of: Bracken Health Sciences Library, the Douglas Engineering & Science Library, the Education Library, the Law Library, or Stauffer Library.
