Relinking Holdings Records

To relink a holdings record from one bibliographic record to another:

1. Locate the Bibliographic Record you wish to link the Holdings Record to, and make a note of the record ID.

2. Locate the Holdings Record to be relinked.

3. Select Relink holding to bibliographic... from the Record menu (or type ALT-R + R). The following dialog box will come up.

   

4. Type in the record ID you recorded in step 1, and hit the Enter key, or click on OK.

The holdings should now be relinked.

Adjust and/or edit the copy numbering, etc. as appropriate.
