Subject Specific Resources

English Course Candidates

  • go to your CTE course and select How to Access Course Reading from the left-hand toolbar, then click Subject Specific Resources.
  • Click on the relevant Subject Help Icon to find the passwords necessary to access the database.
  • The Subject Help Icon will look like this: Subject Help English Icon.
  • Follow the directions in the Subject Help Instructions or go directly to the National Council of English Teachers website at http://www.ncte.org.proxy.queensu.ca/ and sign in using your Queen's NetID and Password.

History Course Candidates

  • Go directly to the National Science Teachers Association website at http://www.nsta.org and sign in using the username/password combination found in the Subject Help instructions.
