Kits & Multimedia (Floor 2)
How do I search for Kits & Other Multimedia in the Education Library? (using QCAT, the online library catalogue)
The library has materials in various formats: kits (boxed sets including guides and manipulatives); posters; study prints; music CDs and cassettes; audiobooks on tape and CD; big books; and videos and DVDs.
1. In QCAT, do a keyword Boolean search and include the type of material you want
mathematics and kit
"harry potter" and audiobooks
"compact disc" [for a list of all the CDs]
"big book" [for a list of all the big books]
2. Alternatively, go into QCAT and click Advanced Search to limit your search to any one of the following:
- Education - Multimedia
- Education - Kits
- Education - Posters
- Education - Big Books
- Education - Audiobooks
- Educatgion - Cassettes / CDs
- Education - Poster Collection
Type in a keyword.
