Study Space

The Engineering & Science library is an attractive building with over 800 comfortable study spaces in a combination of tables, carrels, and leisure seating. All except leisure spaces are wired to provide access to the Queen's data network, and wireless access is available throughout the building. Third floor reading rooms, featuring beautiful stained glass windows, provide additional study space. Six group study rooms are provided on the first floor together with a spacious current periodicals reading area with ample table and lounge seating.

Group Study Rooms

There are seven group study rooms on the first floor (one floor up), two on the ground floor and one on 4s (the bottom floor). These rooms are equipped with a blackboard and a laptop internet connection.

Room 405 on the ground floor is equipped with a screen and projector and is ideal for students wishing to practice presentations.

Book a Study Room

The rooms may be booked by groups of 2 or more students for the purposes of tutorials, study and collaborative academic work.
