Consortial Results

47 universities and community colleges from across Canada participated in the LibQUAL+™ survey as members of the 2010 LibQUAL+ Canada Consortium. Sponsored by the CARL Committee on Effectiveness Measures and Statistics and first conducted in 2007, the consortial project was the first library service quality survey in Canada conducted on a national scale. LibQUAL+ Canada remains the largest LibQUAL+™ consortium.
