| 1. | 11/9/2007 8:58:00 PM | initial confusion related to participation of government libraries and flexibility of the survey tool. all questions were answered in a timely fashion. |
| 2. | 11/9/2007 8:59:00 PM | Sam Kalb was great! Very responsive and helpful. |
| 3. | 11/12/2007 1:45:00 PM | I'm assuming that 1= not at all, 5 = very much. |
| 4. | 11/12/2007 4:02:00 PM | For a community college there was not enough information in the manual or online to adequately outline what was going to be required in the representativeness portion of the survey prior to paying for and entering the survey. This made the information gathering process more difficult than it might otherwise have been. Updating the manual and the online resources to indicate community college representative data requirements would be valuable. (I'm assuming 5 means excellent and 0 means poor as there is no legend). |
| 5. | 11/13/2007 2:11:00 PM | Sam was excellent as coordinator! |
| 6. | 11/26/2007 10:42:00 PM | I'm presuming that 0=strongly disagree, and 5=strongly agree |
| 7. | 11/26/2007 11:13:00 PM | The information on the web site and the listserv communication was excellent. |
| 8. | 11/27/2007 2:23:00 PM | Laurier is undergoing many changes, a new President has just come on board, the University is undergoing an envisioning exercise, the Library a strategic plan, this survey was ver timely and useful for Laurier. |
| 9. | 11/29/2007 7:38:00 PM | having the listserv members available to participate in discussions proved to be valuable and informative. I thought that the amount or level of communication with the list was about right - not too overwhelming an amount of information. |
| 10. | 11/30/2007 4:18:00 AM | Sam Kalb provided excellent support to a first time site. He answered all questions promptly and provided suggestions when needed. |
| 11. | 12/4/2007 2:32:00 PM | We ordered some of the publicity materials in plenty of time but they arrived so late the survey was finished. |
