Adding funds to Tri-colour cash (PrintQ) unavailable January 14-17

A planned upgrade of the RMC/Mercury system and Oracle Database is currently scheduled for January 14-17, and this will impact PrintQ, as there will be no way to add funds to your Tri-colour cash, nor will our staff be able to issue refunds.

Thank you for your understanding as we work with our campus partners to make changes to serve you better. For those who may need to print documents during this time, we recommend that you add funds prior to this shutdown.
