Library Offering Stress Relief Activities

Post Date:
Apr 8, 2022

Exam time is hard. Hours of reading textbooks and reviewing notes can lead to fatigue, burnout, and increased stress levels for even the most prepared scholars.

The Library is here to help. Once again, library locations are providing activities such as puzzles, games, lego, and colouring in designated areas at each location with the aim providing an enjoyable and beneficial break from long study sessions during exam period. Please see the list of locations below to find out where these activities will be taking place. We ask that students remain in the designated areas while taking part in these activities, so they do not disturb others in the library.

We hope you will take advantage of these activities during your studying and wish all students the utmost success on exams and final assignments.

Stress relief activities will be available at the following locations:

Stauffer Library – Seminar Room (Room 121)

Douglas Library – Engineering and Science Floor (Level 4)

Education Library – Teaching Corner

Bracken Library – Room 128 (classroom)

Law Library - Dictionary Stand.
