Request Reserves for Fall/Winter 2017
As we all prepare for the upcoming academic year, we look forward to processing requests for Reserves course materials. Ares, our course reserves management system, allows instructors and students to have one single access point for all reading materials.
Materials can be placed on Reserves in the following 3 ways:
- Login into Ares and submit library reserves requests(s) for individual items.
- Login to OnQ and click on Ares to submit library reserve request(s) for individual items.
- Email your reading list or course outline to the library
Please submit your Reserves requests by any of the three means listed above, providing as much citation information for each item as is available (title, author, year, publisher, ISBN, edition etc.). Please indicate course and code (eg. HIST 250), instructor name, term, desired Reserves loan period etc.
Lists will be processed in the order they are received. When adding items, please tag your readings by week so that we can prioritize requests. We will fulfill requests in order to ensure that readings are available on the date that they are assigned.
For more information, please see our Course Reserves (eReserves & Physical Materials) page. From there, you can access links to Ares, Course Reserves, and Reserves Information for both Students and for Faculty & Instructors.
