Union Gallery Exhibit: Re:UNION
In celebration of its 25th anniversary, the Union Gallery in Stauffer Library features Re:Union, with works by artists who have been affiliated with the gallery in some capacity since its opening in 1994.
The collection of work in all media features the work of local artists, Queen’s Fine Art alumni, and faculty artists from across the country. Artists include Rebecca Anweiler, Darryl Bank, Lynden Beesley, Chelsea Bellrose, Alex Chowaniec, Simone Collins, Alex Contini, Paula Coop McCroy, Teri Cota, Sarah Cummings-Truszkowski, Michael Davidge, Mel Day, Dave Gordon, Vanessa Hall- Patch, Jennifer Hamilton, Austin Henderson, Barb Hunt, Ramolen Laruan, Michèle LaRose, Jaclyn McConnell, Sam Mogelonsky, Daniel Oxley, Jason Paradis, Sara Perosa, Fraser Radford, JoAnn Ralph, Clive Robertson, Kathleen Sellars, Talie Shalmon, Melissa Smallridge, Leigha Stiles, Dana Tosic, and Robert Truszkowski.
In the Vitrine Project space, outside the gallery doors, there is a selection of the gallery’s off-site public art projects, performance art events, and mentorship programs that have taken place at the gallery since 1994.
The exhibition runs from Sept. 21 to Nov. 8, 2019. A reception will be held Oct. 5 from 5-7 pm. More information: uniongallery.queensu.ca
