Off-Campus Access

No. The Web Proxy will continue to be available, and you do not have to use VPN. 

Yes. But you may require administrator privileges to download the VPN client.  Contact your on-site IT Help Desk.

You may be required to change/reset your Queen's NetID password to comply with updated security requirements.

You should go through your IT Admin Rep (Information Technology Administration) or the ITServices General Office to obtain your NetID.
