Notice: Fire alarm verification at the Archives on February 20

Fire alarm verifications are scheduled at a number of campus buildings on Tuesday, February 20.  Kathleen Ryan Hall is scheduled for 10:00 am - 11:30 am, though this may change, depending on the amount of time required to inspect any one building. The scope of testing will include horns and strobes so there will be some noise and visual disruption in each building.

During the course of each testing period, if an alarm is audible for longer than one minute, it should be treated as a real alarm and the building should be evacuated according to established departmental fire safety plans.
