- Study rooms are not event spaces. If you are planning an event on campus, please refer to the Policy on the Booking, Use, and Cancellation of Bookings in University Space.
- Study rooms and bookable computers are available first come, first serve when not reserved
- Cancellations must occur before a booking has started
- All group study rooms and bookable computers are bookable in 30 minute time slots
- A single booking is considered a minimum 30 minutes up to 240 minutes
- Study room and computer bookings share the same total hours Up to 2 bookings can be requested in a single day
- Bookings are limited to 10 hours per month across all locations
- Study rooms and bookable computers are available for advance booking up until the end of the current term.
- Bookings can be made at any time, including during an active timeslot
- Bookable computers are available for 1 to 2 users at a time
- Our Code of Behaviour for Library Users applies while using group study rooms and bookable computers
