About this location

Welcome to the Lederman Law Library, located on the second floor of the Queen's Law Building. It is open to the entire Queen’s community. The space includes a browsable reserves room, large and small bookable study rooms, and quiet study space in both our large open Reading Room and individual study carrels on the upper floor. Our print collections are located on both floors. Law Library staff are ready to help with any questions you have.

Individuals requiring an accessible entrance into Lederman Law Library must first use the accessible Union Street entrance into 128 Union Street. Once inside, elevators to the left of the entrance will take you to the Law Library.

There is accessible parking on Alfred and Union Streets.

The Information Services Desk is accessible.

There are two private study rooms, 218 and 219, located in the Law Library. Both rooms have height-adjustable accessible workstations and computers equipped with specialized software such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Inspiration, JAWS, Kurzweil 3000, and ZoomText.

The elevator is out of service until Fall 2025. Staff can retrieve items from the second floor upon request. Please ask for assistance at the desk.

There are two accessible washrooms in the Law Library, one on the main floor of the Law Library and one on the second floor.
