Food and Drink in the Library
We provide inviting places for study and research, while protecting collections, equipment, and furnishings for all users. You are welcome to enjoy snacks and covered drinks, except in designated areas that house special print collections or computer equipment. Where no food or drink is allowed, or where only covered drinks are permitted, there are signs posted.
Please be considerate of others when choosing your snacks. If your food or drink is determined by staff to be disruptive to others or potentially damaging to the library, you may be asked to remove it. No food deliveries or alcohol are permitted, with the exception of special library events where refreshments are supplied.
Please dispose of your own garbage and recycling, and avoid disposing of liquids in the bins. If you spill anything, please notify Library staff as soon as possible.
