Join Steve Goldbach BCom96 in conversation with Catherine Fournier Boulianne, Business Librarian at Queen’s University Library, for an engaging discussion on leadership, strategy, and organizational success in a rapidly changing world. Steve is lead of the Deloitte’s Sustainability and Infrastructure practice in the US, and co-author of Hone: How Purposeful Leaders Defy Drift, drawing on decades of experience advising organizations and senior leaders, he will share insights from Hone, a book that challenges conventional thinking about organizational transformation and offers a practical framework for achieving lasting impact.

The third in a trilogy of business books written by renowned consulting leaders and two-time Thinkers50-nominated authors, Geoff Tuff and Steve Goldbach, Hone explores how leaders can strengthen their organizations by thoughtfully designing and refining the management systems that guide performance and behaviour.

Please join us for a conversation with Steve about the ideas behind Hone, followed by a moderated Q&A with the audience. This event is open to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and members of the broader community with an interest in leadership, management, and organizational effectiveness.
