The library launched a new authentication system on August 19, 2026 called Open Athens for a more secure, reliable, and user-friendly experience.
What do I need to know?
- You will still need to login with your NetID and password, but now you will also need to login on-campus as well as off-campus
- You may need to update your permalinks to articles or bookmarked databases. Use the Open Athens Link Generator to update your links (you will have until July 2027 to complete your updates)
