Queen’s University Library’s Research Data Management team invites you to test your wits in a spine-chilling virtual escape room and join us for a frightfully informative workshop—all part of Data Horror Week!

 

Virtual Escape Room: Escape the Haunted Lab

You're working late on your research when—CRACK!—a bolt of lightning strikes, plunging everything into darkness. Your laptop lets out a final hiss and dies. Is your data backed up? 

Venture into the haunted lab to uncover the truth. Answer eerie questions from ghostly voices and shadowy figures about data management practices. Will you escape with your data intact?

Workshop: Tales from the Data Crypt: Lessons from real research nightmares
