It’s not too late to submit Course Reserves requests to make items available to your students via OnQ or in library print reserves collections prior to the beginning of the Winter 2025 term.
Please submit your course readings as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for order and delivery of your requested materials by the first day of class. Course readings submitted after December 15 will continue to be processed but may not be available for the first day of class.
All faculty are encouraged to submit Course Readings to the library by:
- Completing the Course Reserves form; or
- Emailing reading list and course information directly to library.reserves@queensu.ca
The Library’s Course Reserves service is the easiest way to ensure that posted course materials comply with Queen’s Copyright Compliance and Administration Policy and the Canadian Copyright Act. For any questions about copyright, please contact Copyright Librarian, Meaghan Shannon at meaghan.shannon@queensu.ca.
For assistance with Reserves, please review the Course Reserves Guide, or reach out to Jessica Beardsley, Reserves Coordinator at library.reserves@queensu.ca
