Introduction
You can connect Google Scholar to the library resources so every time you search, you’ll see what resources you have access to as a student, faculty, or staff. If you are logged into your Google account, this is a one-time settings configuration. If you're not logged into Google, or you don’t have an account, you may have to reconfigure occasionally.

How to configure Google Scholar
- Go to Google Scholar.
- Select the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines) at the top left of the screen and select “Settings”.
- Select “Library links” from the left menu.
- Type in “Queen's University” in the search field and click the search button.
- Select any Queen's University results in the list.
- Click the save button.
Now when you search Google Scholar, you’ll see Get it at Queen's links on the right for resources coming from Queen's University Library. If you don’t see the links, try following the above steps again.
Once you’ve linked Queen's resources to Google Scholar, you can go directly there. You’ll be prompted to login using your SSO after you click on a resource, if required.
